About Clint
Rep. Clint Penzo was first elected to the Arkansas House of Representatives in November of 2016. Clint is a Christian Conservative and a lifelong resident of Northwest Arkansas. He attended Springdale schools K-12 and graduated from Springdale High School, where he was an all-conference football player for the Red Dogs.
Clint learned the value of hard work early in his life. His first job was laying tile with his father when he was only 13. While in high school and college he worked non-stop at Consumer’s Grocery Store, Harps, Wal-Mart and at the Holiday Inn in Springdale. This hard work helped him pay his way through college and graduate from NWACC with an AAS in Physical Therapy and from the University of Arkansas with a BS in Earth Science – all with no student debt.
After graduation, Clint knew he wanted his professional career to involve helping people. That led him to HealthSouth where he spent 5 years specializing in stroke and orthopedic rehabilitation and wound care.
For the last 17 years, Clint has been a REALTOR(r), where he has helped people realize their dream of home ownership. During his tenure as a realtor, he has produced over $13 million in sales and closed 126 transactions in a single year, helping to contribute to the economic growth of Northwest Arkansas. He is also the owner of two other small businesses and has been recognized in the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40.”
Clint is steadfast in his values. He’s a lifelong Republican and has helped with numerous campaigns at the local, state, and national levels. He is focused on helping to grow our local economy, strengthen our healthcare system (especially during our current pandemic) and protecting life and our constitutional rights like the 2nd Amendment.
As your state representative, Clint has championed adoption, fought against human trafficking, stood up for Arkansans who receive healthcare services in their homes, and has been a strong advocate for property rights.
Clint’s strong Christian Conservative beliefs and his tireless work ethic and experience prove that he is the state representative we need fighting for us in Little Rock.
Clint and his wife Allison live in Springdale.
