JOB CREATION & ECONOMIC RECOVERY

Rep. Penzo will continue to work on reforming the tax code so that it encourages job growth, innovation, small business development, and increased investment in Arkansas.  He will also work to help stabilize our state’s economy after being ravaged by the COVID-19 pandemic.

SANCTITY OF LIFE

Rep. Penzo is unequivocally pro-life and is endorsed by Arkansas Right to Life. The legal protection of the right to life of innocent human beings is the basis upon which all other issues of human rights and justice depend.

PRO SECOND AMENDMENT

Rep. Penzo is committed to fight to defend your constitutional right to keep and bear arms. He is a member of the NRA (endorsed with an A rating), holds a concealed carry license, and is a member of the Boone & Crockett Club.

VETERANS

Those who have made possible the freedoms we enjoy deserve our utmost respect and support. Rep. Penzo supports our veterans, military personnel, and their families.

ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION

Rep. Penzo is against illegal immigration.  He is a proud supporter of the amazing immigrants that have made their way to Northwest Arkansas legally.  However, he believes that we are a nation of laws, and that the immigration laws on the books must be enforced.

CONSTITUTIONAL CONSERVATIVE

As our Constitutionally guaranteed freedoms come under attack in Washington, it is the responsibility of the states to be the last line of defense for citizens seeking protection from this over-reach. It is imperative that we have a state legislature that will stand up and protect the constitutional rights of the people of Arkansas. Rep. Penzo will remain firm in his commitment to defend the rights of all Arkansans against any federal or state infringement.
